We’re looking for an outstanding Marketing Coordinator for our Stockholm office, to be in charge of planning and execution of the company’s marketing and PR activities. The position is a full-time temporary 10 month post due to parental leave. Start date is preferably June 26th.

Work description

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing all marketing and PR activities that are set out in our marketing plan; including marketing campaigns, presence at industry conferences and events, press releases, advertising, managing our blog, newsletters and social media presence. The marketing plan will guide you in your work, but you will have freedom to be creative and shape the execution of the activities.

As Marketing Coordinator you will also manage the company’s webpage, including creating and updating content, news, and blog posts.

You will also manage the maintenance of our online content store, marketing of full-dome films, as well as assist the sales team in the film sales process.

You will, through your activities, support the sales team in their sales process. You will also establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Who are you?

You have working experience within marketing and/or PR.

You are fluent in English and have very good writing skills. Since Sciss is an international company, all our marketing and communications are in English. Swedish is not a requirement.

You have basic skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and can produce simple print material, such as advertisements and product sheets.

You feel confident using Microsoft programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

You have experience in managing webpages and writing content for the web. Experience managing and creating sites in WordPress is a plus.

You have customer service experience, upholding open lines of communication with customers and working alongside sales professionals to build lasting customer relationships.

You are well-organized, independent and have the confidence to make decisions on your own. You also have the ability to see when you need support and knowledge from your colleagues to complete a task.
